Custom Software & Business Systems
Custom Software & Business Systems
Most businesses reach a point where the spreadsheet, the WhatsApp group and the off-the-shelf tool stop agreeing with each other. That is the point custom software pays for itself — not because software is exciting, but because one system that matches how you actually work costs less than five that nearly do.
What we build
- Booking and scheduling systems — capacity, staff assignment, reminders, and a calendar the branch actually uses.
- Operations dashboards — the job on the floor, stage by stage, so a manager can see what is late without asking anyone.
- Inventory and stock — what came in, what was consumed on which job, what is left, and what it cost.
- Invoicing and ZATCA e-invoicing — compliant invoices, the QR, and the clearance chain, wired into the same system that made the sale.
- Role-based admin panels — reception sees one thing, a technician another, the owner everything. Enforced on the server, not just hidden in the interface.
- Customer messaging — WhatsApp confirmations, reminders and status updates through an approved business API.
How we work
We start from your process, not from a template. The first version covers the part of the business that is bleeding time, and it goes live — a system nobody uses because it was delivered in one enormous release is the most common way these projects fail.
Systems we run today
An automotive protection group in Riyadh runs its whole floor on software we built: bookings, point of sale, the inspection stages, warranty certificates, PPF and tint roll inventory, double-entry accounting and ZATCA e-invoicing, with role-scoped access for reception, technicians, supervisors and the owner. We also build and operate Jobly, our own jobs marketplace.

Questions clients ask before they start
Is custom software cheaper than a ready-made system?
Not on day one — it is cheaper over a few years when the ready-made system does not fit. The honest test: if a subscription tool covers 80% of your process and you can change the other 20%, buy the tool. When you find yourself keeping a parallel spreadsheet because the tool cannot represent your work, that spreadsheet is the cost.
Can you handle ZATCA e-invoicing?
Yes. We have built Phase 2 compliant invoicing including the QR, the invoice chain and clearance against the sandbox before going live. It is a detailed piece of work and it must be part of the system that makes the sale, not bolted on later.
What happens to our data?
It is yours, in your own database, and we can host it in the region your compliance requires. You get the credentials, and export is part of the handover rather than a favour.
Do you keep working on it after launch?
Usually, on a monthly retainer — a system that runs a business needs someone answering when a branch hits a problem. But it is a choice, not a lock-in: the code and the accounts are yours from the start.
Can you integrate with what we already use?
Yes — payment gateways, WhatsApp business APIs, accounting exports, Google Sheets your team already lives in, and third-party APIs. Most projects are less about building an island and more about ending the copying between systems.
